About the program

The educational program PM and facilitation of teamwork from scratch is an intensive course designed to teach people without special education and experience in management to direct projects and establish efficient teamwork using up-to-date methodologies and practices. Students will familiarize themselves with functions and tasks of a project manager, they will master working tools, learn to work with flexible methods of project management (Scrum, Kanban, Agile) and cascade model Waterfall, find out about facilitation possibilities: ORIP, CONSENSUS, World Café, Action Planing, and consider practical cases of constructing a classical and holocratic management through practical examples of leading Ukrainian law firms.

• Interaction of a PM with other team members, company management, clients. Types of rallies, reporting.
• Working tools of a PM.
• Methodology of project management Waterfall.
• Flexible methods of project management: Scrum, Kanban, Agile.
• Possibilities of facilitation methods: increasing of a group’s effectiveness, development of ideas, making of decisions, formulation of an action plan.
• Method of focused conversation (ORIP).
• Managed discussion method (CONSENSUS).
• World Café method.
• Action Planning method.
• Classical management case from the ILF law firm.
• Case of holacratic management from the law company Axon Partners.
• Altogether more than 30 hours of lectures and workshops.
